You have very good app idea. I have worked as Sr. Systems Desiner, app systems analyst and reveiwer. I would be willing to help in improvements marketin, and such endeware.
Examples of system designe improvement without additional expense:
1- Keep the selected hokm on the screen to the end of hand.
2- The hokm cards be organized on top of hand (left side).
3- Giving more seconds for the forth person to join before starting with computer (40?).
4- There is plenty of unused space, use much bigger Font.
